Adoption fee for a cat is $50 (cash or check, non-refundable). Fee includes spay/neuter surgery, first vaccines including Rabies, worming, flea treatment and for dogs a microchip. All animals are spayed/neutered when old enough.
To adopt you must be at least 18 years of age and provide a current ID. Most of our cats are strays, and we can only guess by observing the behavior of the animal in the kennel and interaction by the shelter staff, whether they are good with other animals or children.

Do not forget to bring your pets inside when it is too cold outside. IF IT IS TOO COLD FOR YOU, IT IS TOO COLD FOR THEM! The law says: During cold weather, a dog shelter must have a windbreak at its entrance and have bedding material that is sufficient to protect the animal from cold and promote the retention of body heat.
